Shipping Policy

We allow up to 5 business days for items to be packed and shipped, however most items are shipped quicker then this. If you do require your order within a certain time frame, please message us so we can try to help :)

All items will be sent with tracking and you will receive an email with this information when your order is posted. 

Our items are generally shipped using Australia Post. Occasionally we may use a courier service for items that are heavy, bulky or fragile. 

We have multiple shipping options for your convenience. Delivery time frames are approximate:

Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days for delivery)
Add Express Shipping (1 - 2 business days delivery) 
Add Signature On Delivery

During checkout you can select to add Signature On Delivery, which will require the postie to obtain a signature in order to deliver your parcel to you.

If you choose Standard Delivery, and your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

Please Note:
Once we lodge your parcel and it has been marked as received by Australia Post, it is no longer our responsibility. We have no control over delivery or time frames. 

If a parcel is in transit and hasn't arrived to you within the regular time frame, please contact us. We don't like your items going missing and we are happy to help try to track it down! 

We pack our parcels extremely well to ensure items arrive safely. Once the item has been received by Australia Post it is no longer our responsibility. Due to this reason we do not always offer refunds for damaged goods. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact us so we can try to help.

Return To Sender:
If your parcel has been returned to us due to any reason, we will contact you to organise to resend your parcel. This will incur additional shipping costs to you. 

Reasons for Return To Sender may include - Incomplete or incorrect address or failure to collect your item from the post office within the required time frame.
